Refunds

You can get a refund for unused renders within 14 days of buying a pack. Email support@partilock.com from the address on your Stripe receipt. We refund the unused share of the pack price; the renders you already used are kept. When the refund is issued, the unused credits are removed from your key.

Failed renders, renders the drift check flags after a retry, and free re-renders are never charged, so there's nothing to refund for them.

By starting your first paid render you ask us to begin the service straight away. Under EU law that ends your 14-day withdrawal right for the renders you use, and not for the ones you don't.

Packs expire 12 months after purchase. Expired credits aren't refunded.
